FUNCTIONAL RANGE CONDITIONING:
Work one-on-one with a FRC mobility specialist to learn the FRC daily mobility exercises as well as complete a joint-by-joint assessment of the body. From here you will begin to incorporate joint-specific exercises in order to improve your range of motion and teach your body to control this new range.
