Group Sessions


A trainer-led, total body workout that incorporates weight resistance training, metabolic conditioning and core work for everything you need in a workout. Unlike traditional group exercise classes, come in at any of our 15m intervals and work at your own pace but still in a group atmosphere. You will have options for exercise sets to best fit your goals and the guidance of our expert trainers. You get the flexibility of schedule and personal goals without sacrificing trainer attention and group mentality, plus the advantage of a programmed workout for best results! Equipment used includes TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, body weight, battle ropes, sandbags, rowing machines, ski ergs, airdyne bikes, and more.

Every Saturday at 10am a different trainer leads this specialty class with a theme of his or her choice. This is an opportunity to try something new and keep your routine fresh. These classes will usually be more heavily strength or cardio oriented, or focus more on specific equipment (i.e. battle ropes, kettlebell, TRX, sandbags, kickboxing, etc.). The format of Trainer’s Choice is that of a traditional group class (1 hr) and does not follow our Flex Session format (15m start intervals).


Cypress Fitness’s Women’s Barbell Club is designed to provide a structured, self-paced yet challenging platform for learning and growing the big three lifts (squat, bench press, and deadlift) as well as other intermediate and advanced lifts. This class is designed as space for women – defined broadly and inclusively – to use the experience of building strength as a way of building community and taking space in the world. We require pre-requisite fundamentals sessions prior to joining the weekly group class (Sundays @ 11am). The number of pre-requisite sessions required will depend on your training background and experience, though typically it is between 1-3 sessions. The fundamentals sessions are one-on-one and are offered at a reduced personal training rate of $37.50 each.
