Keith Melancon

I’ve been a trainer for ten years. My fitness journey began with running with no particular goal in mind, other than being fit and healthy which I believe is the greatest gift that you can give yourself. Over time, I realized how much I enjoyed the process and decided that I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals.

I went to school to study biomechanics, kinesiology, and physiology. Eventually I acquired my first certification through NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Shortly thereafter, I started training friends out of my garage and eventually worked in both private and big box gyms. During that time, I also trained in martial arts: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay-Thai.

I would describe my training style as real-world strength and conditioning that’s applicable to everyday life. I’m currently an AMF (American Muscle and Fitness) certified personal trainer. I am also studying and training to earn my StrongFirst Certification in Kettlebell Instruction. My approach to fitness is ever-evolving and I’m constantly striving to be the best trainer/coach that I can be. I love what I do!!!
