Courtney: Before & After

We have many stories like these that we’ll begin sharing. It’s a testament to the hard work of our members (great work Courtney!!!), but also to our methods. We strength train as a foundation and while we do cardio we don’t use calorie burn as a workout goal. There’s no need to puke or crawl out of the door after a workout. Consistent fitness and nutrition progress that can be sustained is the key. That and a fun place to workout with like-minded people!

From Courtney:

“Here is a before dated October 20th (2015) and an after dated December 20th (2015). I’ve lost 12 lbs, 2 inches off my waist, 3 off hips at the widest part and countless more, I’m sure, that I never measured over the course of the past 4 months. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and confident that the right will soon be another before pic :)”
