          What is your current training goal(s)? Right now my goal is to put on about 5 to 10lbs of muscle while maintaining mobility and athletic movements. Why did you become a trainer? Becoming a personal trainer is a life that I can honestly say chose me. Before going to college I never had a thought of being one but I quickly realized that it could be no other way.
